I have the rights to decline comission requests. I simply do not reply to requests I turn down.

General rules

    Can draw

  1. Humans, anthro/furry, animals (any species!)
  2. splatoon characters
  3. Outdoor, indoor places
  4. Other; feel free to ask!

    5. Cannot draw

  5. hateful or controversial content
  6. NSFW, fetishes, kinks, anything like that.
  7. gore
    8. dont make this list bigger than it needs to be.

Process

  1. Please send an email to dasokiimo@gmail.com detailing your comission request. That includes (SFW!) ref sheets of your characters, the enviroment they're in, etc. It's not totally necessary, but if you feel like it, you could tell me more about your character, it might help me get a deeper sense of their personality and appearance!
  2. When starting, I'll send pictures of the sketch for confirmation. Once I recieve approval of the sketch to coninue working on the piece, refunds may not be requested unless declared by me.
  3. I include one major revision at the sketch stage, but once it’s past that, only small changes. You can upgrade or include additional add ons by paying the difference.
  4. Please be nice! Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior during the process will cause me to cancel the commission.
  5. You'll recieve a high quality PNG file of the finished comission once it's done If you want it in any other file type, you'll need to ask.

    6. Payment

  6. Payment is to be sent by Ko-fi donations only.
  7. I take half the payment up front and the other half when the artwork is done. The final product will only be delivered once I have fully received payment.
  8. You can cancel the order during the sketch phase and keep said sketch as well as half of the payment. Other half is non-refundable at this point.

Rights

  1. By comissioning me, you're getting my service as an artist only. I keep the rights to my work, and you may not claim my work as your own. Use of my work is allowed for personal use, such as (but not limited to): device wallpapers, social media avatars, graphics for personal websites, etc. Commercial use of my work is only allowed under my consent.
  2. Use of my work, be it in work in progress or finished state in anything related to AI learning or content generative activity is explicitly NOT allowed in any possible way or manner.
  3. The piece will be added to my gallery/posted to my social media unless asked otherwise.
  4. Unless requested not to, I will be taking artistic license with the character design. I thrive on creative freedom, the more fun I have, the better the piece will end up.
